Great service – great price
We offer you various additional services during your stay, ranging from early check-in, a bottle of sparkling wine in the room to late check-out. The additional services are charged separately. Here you will find an overview of the most common services. If you have a special idea, just ask us using the inquiry form – we’ll make it happen.
Additional Service
Breakfast
We charge €13.00 per person or €1.00 per year for children between the ages of 3 and 12.
Extra beds and additional room perks
We charge €20/night for baby cribs and €35/night for extra beds. (Children sleeping with parents are free of charge).
We are also happy to provide information on family rooms (for example, rooms with a connecting door or twin rooms).
Dogs in the room
We charge €15/night for the stay. Welcome package and pats included on request.
A locally produced bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival
We will gladly have a bottle of our chilled private-label sparkling wine “von Canal” along with glasses waiting for you in your room.

Early check-in
We try to prepare the rooms for check-in as early as possible, but unfortunately it doesn’t always work out. In order to ensure that you can check into your room earlier, we offer you the possibility to book an early check-in in advance.
We charge €10.00 for each hour or part thereof that you would like to check into your room before 3:00 p.m.
Late check-out
Do you feel comfortable with us? That makes us happy! Please remember that you can only check out until 11 a.m. You would like to stay a little longer? Ask a receptionist if this option is still available for your room. For this we charge €10 per hour.
Laundry service
No more clean laundry? We’ll wash your clothes for you at an additional cost. You can find out the fee for this service at the reception.
Living right on the Rhine
All rooms offer a unique view of the Rhine and the surrounding park.
Our single rooms, double rooms and suites are uniquely furnished. Enjoy the view and feel at home.
You can park your car free of charge in our hotel’s parking garage during your stay.
RELAX
The panorama sauna overlooking the Rhine and the hotel’s pool offer additional relaxation. Our hotel guests can use the sauna and pool free of charge.
