Discover Koblenz by E-Scooter or E-Bike

You want to make a quick visit to the city or you´re planning a spontaneous bike trip – nothing simpler than that.

We rent two in house E-bikes at our reception and our mobility partner Evhcle allows you to rent e-scooter quickly and easily via their app. All you need is a smartphone, a credit card or a Google/Apple pay account.

Currently, we provide regular Schuco-sockets for charging your electric car, but we´re already working on a smart charging infrastructure in our parking garage.

FAQ

Can I book a bike/scooter in advance?

Unfortunately no. We just have limited numbers of e-scooters/-bikes. Therefore we can´t guarantee the usage of our vehicles beforehand.

How to pay?

The services can only be paid via app with creditcard or Google-/Apple pay account. Making you´re payment at our reception is not possible.

Where can I rent the vehicles?

The scooters and bikes are located in our foyer. You can activate them via app.

Do I need a helmet?

For safety reasons, we always recommended wearing a helmet when riding the e-bikes or scooters. However, this is not required by law.

What is the minimum age for renting a vehicle and do I need a driver’s licence?

You may rent the vehicles if you are at least 18 years old. A driver’s licence is not required for the e-bikes. For the e-scooters, however, at least a moped driver’s licence is required.
