Can I book a bike/scooter in advance?

Please note that our e-bikes and e-scooters are only available in limited numbers. We therefore cannot guarantee use on the desired day. We recommend checking early on site whether a vehicle is available. Alternatively, there are other mobility options available to you in Koblenz – we will be happy to help you!

How to pay?

Evhcle e – scooters can only be paid for via the associated Evcle app using a credit card, Google or Apple Pay. As this is an external cooperation partner, cash payment at reception is unfortunately not possible.

Our hotel´s e – bikes can be charged to your room bill and conveniently paid at the end of your stay with the total bill. This way, you remain flexible and can enjoy your mobility in Koblenz without any complications.

Where can I rent the vehicles?

Our e-scooters and e-bikes are available directly in the foyer. The Evhcle e-scooters are easily activated via the Evhcle app, while you can conveniently hire our e-bikes at reception.

Do I need a helmet?

For your safety, we always recommend wearing a helmet when riding an e-bike or e-scooter. Although this is not a legal requirement, it provides additional protection and a safer riding experience – especially on longer journeys or at higher speeds.

What is the minimum age for renting a vehicle and do I need a driver’s licence?

Evhcle e-scooters can be rented from a minimum age of 18 years. In addition, a valid moped driver’s license is required and must be presented. Please make sure that you meet the legal requirements in order to ride safely and in accordance with the rules through Koblenz.
