When are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out goes until 11:00 a.m. If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, you can request this in advance at a fee of €10.00 per started hour.
Until when can I cancel?
Terms and conditions for cancellation vary according to the booking class selected and the booking method used. Reservations made via online travel agencies must be cancelled there. For bookings via our homepage or by telephone, we will be happy to assist you personally.
How quiet are your rooms?
All rooms are equipped with soundproof windows and doors. Due to their location in the building, the Comfort, Superior and Deluxe categories are particularly quiet.
Do all rooms have a view overlooking the Rhine?
All rooms face the Rhine. The Standard category offers a view of the Rhine valley with its old trees.
Is the hotel handicapped accessible?
We are certified by the RLP – Touristik as a level 2 handicapped accessible hotel. If you have any further questions, please contact us either using the inquiry form or by telephone.
