Please note that we have a limited number of e-bikes and e-scooters available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will be available on your desired date. We recommend checking on-site well in advance to see if a vehicle is available. Alternatively, there are other mobility options available in Koblenz—we’d be happy to help!

Evcle’s e-scooters can only be paid for using the Evcle app with a credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Since this is an external partner, cash payments at the front desk are unfortunately not possible.

Our e-bikes can be charged to your room bill and conveniently paid for along with your final bill at the end of your stay. This gives you flexibility and lets you enjoy getting around Koblenz with ease.

Our e-scooters and e-bikes are available right in the lobby. The Evhcle e-scooters are easily unlocked using the Evhcle app, while you can conveniently rent our e-bikes at the front desk.

For your safety, we recommend always wearing a helmet when riding an e-bike or e-scooter. While this isn’t required by law, it provides additional protection and makes for a safer riding experience—especially on longer trips or at higher speeds.

Evhcle e-scooters can be rented by anyone 18 years of age or older. In addition, a valid moped license is required and must be presented. Please make sure you meet the legal requirements so you can ride safely and in compliance with the rules throughout Koblenz.
