YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM!

With a clear overview and dedication, you’ll lead the morning shift during breakfast and throughout the day, ensuring that everyone gets off to a good start.
You lead, support, and motivate the service team in their day-to-day work.
You will plan the early shift schedule in a forward-thinking and fair manner.
During early-shift events, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and that service is professional.
You should document any special circumstances, breakage, and spoilage carefully and transparently.
By working closely and trustingly with the F&B management team and the late shift, you’ll ensure smooth shift handoffs.
